· Please Return all Shoes in original designer box, it is normally best to put the designer in a second box to avoid any damage.
· Return items with original tags, and no signs of wear.
· If you would like to exchange for a different size or color please fill out in full the return/exchange form, and email informing us what you would like it exchanged for.
- Ordering & Payment : We accept all major credit card including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Money Orders are accepted, we don't ship items until check is received and cleared.
- Shipping Info: We ship through the USPS, there are several option from regular ground to express. Please be sure to choose the right shipping option for your needs. All orders are sent with a tracking number to ensure safe delivery.
