- Returning an item(s) is simple. Please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received—NOT WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Shoes must be returned with no signs of wear and in original box.
- Please fill out the return form that is provided for you in your order. This return form must be included with your return.
- If these conditions above are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 30 days from the day you receive the goods for a full refund or exchange, minus the shipping charges. ***We do not refund shipping charges & All sale items are FINAL.*** . You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, C.O.D.s will not be accepted.

- Exchanges may take 5-7 days to process and send out. You will receive a confirmation email when we receive your exchange and return.
- Returns may take 5-7 days to show up on your Credit Card Statement. You will receive a confirmation email when the return is processed.

- Shipping Info: We ship through the USPS, there are several option from regular ground to express. Please be sure to choose the right shipping option for your needs. All orders are sent with a tracking number to ensure safe delivery.
- Sizing Charts: Please refer to the manufacturer sizing chart to ensure correct size dimensions. We have marked what size the model is wearing in our description.
- Unsubscribe: To unsubscribe from our email list and miss out on fresh deals please email us with 'Unsubscribe' in the subject.
